Winged Eastern Water Dragon Adopt - CLOSED

Another dragon creature I drew; This one is a Winged Eastern Water Dragon. While preferring to stay in water it is able to fly great distances. It is comfortable on land or in water.
The nose, eyes, claws, pawpads, and inside of the mouth all glow bright green.
